• Reporting Misconduct and Child Abuse and Neglect

    Professional Misconduct

    Florida Statutes require all employees and agents of charter schools to report misconduct by an instructional personnel member or school administrator.  If you are aware of or suspect professional misconduct by any staff member, please report it immediatedly to the Head of School for The Seaside School, Inc.  If the alleged misconduct involves the Head of School, please report it to the Chair of the school's Board of Directors.

  • Child Abuse and Neglect

    Florida Statutes mandate all school employees and agents have an affirmative duty to report all actual or suspected cases of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect.  Faculty and staff of Seaside Schools are required by law to report any suspected victims of child abuse and neglect. Faculty and staff are trained to monitor for signs of abuse and neglect. If you suspect child abuse or neglect, please report it immediately by calling the below number or online using the below link.
