Charter schools are non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that have a contract or charter to provide the same educational services to students as district public schools. Student athletes must also complete a consent and release form prior to practice or competition. 

A Florida Hish School Atheletics Association (FHSAA) sports physical is required before students can participate in athletic practice or competition. Forms are required to be updated each school year and submitted to the front office to be filed.
